Erice can be reached
 • BY AIR: to Palermo Falcone & Borsellino airport or Trapani Birgi airport. They are served by many commercial and low-cost airlines, and are located 60 and 25 minutes respectively – by car – from Erice.

• BY TRAIN: to Palermo or Trapani train station (www.trenitalia.com). Palermo is better served, but then it is necessary to take a bus to Trapani (for information, +39-091-6167919). In Trapani take an AST bus to Erice.

• BY CAR: Italy has an extensive network of toll based highways. It is also possible to take a ferry to Palermo from Naples (Tirrenia); or from Civitavecchia, or Genova (SNAV).
Erice streets are very narrows, and cars are banned from the town centre. There are a few public parking areas in the town outskirts.

• By any combination of the above! Just make sure to read and follow carefully the instructions below.

Participants must plan to be in Erice on ........, 2016, and leave on June 5, 2016: accommodation at the Majorana Centre prior to ........ or after June 5 might be tolerated only if there is no possibility of traveling on those dates.

On both arrival and departure days transportation from/to Palermo and Trapani airport is arranged by the School free of charge:
