Cost. The total cost per registered participant, including room and board, is 1200 Euro. Advanced payment is possible by bank transfer. Payment in Erice is possible by cash, personal checks or EuroCheques. No credit cards are accepted.
•  Accomodations (generally in a two-bed room with bath or shower) are organized by the School.
•  The fee covers board and lodging from the evening of May ..... to the morning of June 5th, 2016.
•  Meals are included in the cost.
•  Accompanying persons will be charged 100 Euro per day per person (no advance payment is necessary; no credit cards are accepted). This sum covers room and board, local transportation, course excursions and social events during the meeting.

Deposit. A 300 Euro (or equivalent in US$) deposit is required after receiving the acceptance letter:

•  Clearly specify (in the memo field) your name and the reference number obtained when you applied.
•  Email a photocopy of the bank (or postal) money order or of the transfer receipt to Paola Spadon (school treasurer)
•  If possible, use electronic transfers and cc the on-line banking order to Paola.
•  A letter of receipt will be emailed to you after the bank has acknowledged the payment.
•  The deposit will be returned in full if your withdrawal is notified BEFORE April 30, 2016
