General Terms and Conditions for Sponsoring

• Sponsor booking must be done as described in the "Payment Instructions" page.
• Allocation of the sponsor packages will be based on first come first served principle. Partial sponsorship is possible, and will be acknowledged as such.
• Payment can be done online by bank transfer.
• No refund will be given in case of cancellation. 

Liability

• The organisers are responsible for the goods related to the offered sponsoring packages and opportunities, only.
• Neither the organisers nor the Ettore Majorana Center hosting the School can be made liable for any damage occurred to a sponsor in connection with the School It is up to the sponsors to obtain insurance against damage of their goods.
